Tough book to grade from the scan since it's hard to determine what the spine looks like. I would take the grades so far with a grain of salt. The book could easily be better than a 6.5 in-hand, or possibly worse.

 

From what I can see, it looks like a 7.0. I just can't tell about the spine stress.
