Having a hard time, PGM Hulk 102

I'm having a difficult time grading this.

There are no major tears, the cover is still very glossy and very smooth except for the edge of course. I have an idea of what the grade is, just want to see if I'm in the same ballpark, or hell, even playing the same sport!

Help me out please!

What is going on at the lower staple front cover? If it is a crease and not a tear I would go with a VG/FN 5.0 for the overall wear.

Without looking at anyone else's response, I'm going to say 5.0.

 

The book has an accumulation of small to moderate flaws and wear. Enough to keep it from a straight FINE, but nothing bad enough to warrant a straight VG. It still retains **some** eye appeal.

Despite the wear that it has, and the light liquid staining at the bottom the cover is still very glossy!
