There has been speculation that the photo in question was photoshopped, given that other photographs supposedly from the same day show him in his regular red outfit.

Well, if it is the dark suit and it's not photoshopped, it could explain the "Heroin Sheik" look that Peter's sporting. Like the symbiote is taking over and making Peter dark. Just a thought, we'll know for sure in about a year (or earlier if something's leaked).
