This book sold for $1400 last year.

 

And if he's here in T.O, why the hell is he selling in that currency?

Free listing day on Ebay Euro. It may have sold last year for that much $$, but I think it went to either hardcore B.P collectors or FF completists. Now that those guys are satisfied maybe the true price will be closer to 1k? Hell, I'd buy it at 1,000 dollars

Probably not from this guy though as I'd have either get a money order or pay him in cash (yeah right)

I emailed him and asked if he would accept $800 for it as this was the 'going rate' for this issue. He replied and said he was going to let it ride as he had had a lot of interest in this issue and there would be lots of bidders. I'm sure he forgot he listed it as a BIN only!

It likely went to an FF Collector as some will pay any price for certain needed books. Also at the time, there were less 9.4's.

 

I think $1000-$1100 is fair for this book.

Do you guys think the FF prices will rise in the near future? Secondly, Do you think its worth the money to buy 1967 FF 61 CGC 8.5 for around 60 dollars?
