Unfortunately, the Swamp Thing 1 is probably a 6.0 with that large back cover crease and, since the crease breaks color, a pressing wouldn't improve the grade at all.

It would probably be easier to just save up for a 9.8 XM 139 than trying to press that one up. Again, unless it's a SURE 9.8, it isn't worth the time, money and effort.

 

The Showcase 22, even in that shape, is still a really cool book. I would say 2.5, if the spine is still pretty solid and the staples are still attached. Guide is like $400+ in that condition, so nice pickup!
