I'm concerned about the Bottom Left Corner of both the Avengers 10 and Spidey 300. it seems to be a tear you can really see it on the back side scan. With that in mind what would that knock them down to.

And the corner problem on the books you mentioned is called a "bindery tear". That happens when a dull blade cuts the paper, and instead of being a clean cut the book jolts away from from the point of impact and tears.
