Not sure in which context you are referring to but a coupn cut is cc or a chip cut- maybe your answer is a Coupon and Chip Cut?

ah sorry, its in the price box on old books, it has a big letter C, with 2 small letter C's inside that C. You know, the 'Direct Edition' box/Newstand box... i think its only on bronze books
