Reprint overkill?

Not trying to hype this auction at all but happened along it and thought that 4 REPRINT statements on the CGC label seemed like a bit much. Once, sure. Twice, ok. Three times, I get it. Four times, do you think I'm a total insufficiently_thoughtful_person?

The funny thing is that they don't say what it's a reprint of. Is is a reprint of Ult. Spidey #8? Or of the DF Ult. Spidey #1? Why reprint #8? #'s 7 and 8 are weird because both got reprinted at the Target variant in both Ult Spidey and Ult X-men. I wonder why those got chosen...?
