It doesn't look right to me for some reason, but then again, I'm kinda new to OA.

This awesome 8 ½ by 11 inch pencil cover recreation features the cover to The Incredible Hulk #139 from 1971. This original art is drawn by hand by Herb Trimpe- the artist who drew the original cover over 35 years ago. It features the logo, all text and word balloons, cover price, the Comics Code Authority seal, everything- drawn just as the cover originally appeared!

Yeah but it says "original art IS DRAWN BY HAND BY HERB..."

I'm just not sure I believe it.

It certainly could be drawn by Trimp, but it's definitely NOT the original cover. Too many reasons to list.

It is a recreation but He does say it is drawn by herb trempe. His wording make me feel that it is drawn herb. I don't know. For that price I would wait around for herb to do another show and pay him the 250 to do a really nice sketch.

I believe Herb does recreations. You may want to go the direct route.
