That Avengers #4 came out of a collection be just bought so I'm sure it's legit.

Book shows well other than the awful spine roll.

How about $500 for this one. White Pages. Marvel chip below Iron Mans hand. Indent and pencil erased above CA's head - since you didn't want a date on the cover I erased it.
