Graded as FN- for $75 from Jim Payette. He also has a G-VG for $40.

 

I don't take commission but it's exactly in the grade range you indicated.

Looks nice. I'm not familiar with Jim Payette(this will only be my second GA book). Does he have a website?

You'll find a lot of people on the boards recommending Payette as a solid grader for mid-grade GA books. Take a peek at Norinn Radd's recent Batman purchase in the grading forum or you can look at this old thread. I have bought from him before and was very satisfied.

 

The book looks very nice. As for the price, I have no idea
