WTB: Fantastic Four 12, Hulk 3 and Hulk 5

Looking for these books in the 6.0 range, with Off-White or better pages (would prefer White pages on the Hulks). Please PM me if you know of one or more of these available!!

 

I am upgrading these books, and can make my copy available for trade should anyone care to "downgrade". Actually, my copies are not that bad to begin with - the FF 12 is around VG raw (purchased from Rip), my Hulk 3 is slabbed at 6.5 (Cr/OW pages), and my Hulk 5 is real nice but CGC would not encapsulate it due to overhang.
