A true quandry..

It looks like a 9.4 (I think the bindery tear is allowed in that grade..), but of course there's the popped staple...a technical 4.5..

 

A good example of an argument for the Qualified grade...

 

A 9.4 Q or.....be reasonable about the one defect and call it an 8.0 - 8.5....
