This could be a VG-. Seen a lot worse on e-bay. Don't know how bad that upper left corner is though. Looks pretty beaten up.

At least there is a good pic so a bidder can make a determination for themselves on whether they agree with the grade or not...

With the "proper" scan, I don't care what "grade" a seller gives a book. Like they say........."a picture speaks a thousand words".
