How much more is a 9.6 worth compared to a 9.4?

I feel sorry for the that paid nearly 10k for that giantsize xmen 1 pgx 9.9. I'll give cold hard cash that says it's a 9.8 tops.

I'd be willing to say the comic has been worked on extensively to achieve near the grade...and was a former bettyswalls book in a former life...
