Ok...the book has water damage on the front cover, chip out of the back URC and a NCB crease on the ULC on the back...foxing/tanning on the bottom of the back cover as wellI am thinking 4.0...is that too generous?? Other obvious general wear as well... Opinions please...OW pages

There is some rippling on the front cover due to the water damage as well

If the pages aren't brittle, I'd have no problem with a 4.0 on this.

No tears...just the water damage
