Beautiful front cover! But yeah, we would need to see the back too to grade the book. There seem to be some chips or something sticking up along the top edge? Not quite sure what's going on there, so BC scan would help.

Looks like ragged pages due to blunt blade in binding process (is this more common with Timelys from this era than other books?). Since it's a printing defect it would be hard to guess how much CGC would hammer the grade, but it looks like a 6.0/6.5 to me - unless the BC is notably worse.
