Those long creases that break color prevent a full Fine.

Those long creases while ugly, do not keep it out of a possible 7.0 in my opinion. If the spine looks fantastic I would say as high as 7.0, but I can't tell from the scan--too small. More than likely, this book is a 6.0 or 6.5.
