Double cover premium?

For a GA book how much of a premium do you calculate for a double cover. Say 9.0 with outside cover in 7.5?

 

I saw a comic in the exact same situation sell for about $200 more than its non-double cover counterpart (with a non-double being a $500 book). It wasn't a key...I'd expect a key to sell for upwards of twice the non-double cover price.
