I was looking at this book and thought the book might be well a little @#$%%^#@$

(you know).So give it the grade Please as to I am trying to see where this book is at, of the majority just by the front cover.

I cant believe this book was rated a 8.0 by cgc with all the spine stress

It's really hard to see defects from that highly compressed jpg-picture, but there seems to be 9 to 10 color breaking spine stress lines.

If they are real defects and not compression artifacts, book is overgraded.

 

It should have graded 7.0 or 7.5 at best.

Could the inside be good enough to bring it up to 8.0?

How can you tell if it's sealed up?

Glad you posted this one. Now I know my copy, which I thought might get a 5, has a chance for a higher number.

IMO, This book is 7.5. Even if the pages are white as snow, there are too many colr breakinf stresses on the spine to keep it up to 8.0
