Technically, though Marvel retconned the original Air Walker as a "robot Galactus built in the image of his fallen Herald", then retconned it yet again it bring Air Walker back to life.

 

So yeah, FF 120 is the real first appearance, just like the Green Goblin actually died in ASM 122.

Well Thor 306 is the first app of the (retconned) Air Walker 2, so it's technically a First Herald Appearance too.

This is one of my favorite Air Walker issues, and the reds are so deep, they still look wet.

I don't have the books in hand but these two are for sale. I don't believe either are NM 9.4 but they are high grade. LMK if you are interested.
