But there looks like discoloration at the corners (see back top corners, especially the spine corner). If that's humidity damage or other water damage the grade will drop into the 5s or maybe even 4.5.

I'm very happy at $50 I'd say I have the best of the investment

 

staples are clean inside is clean and off white to white.

he also has a ASM #28 for $400. I havn't checked it out closely but this guy is usually dead on.. might be be between a 9.0 to a 9.2
