PGM First issue of Terror Tales (Eerie Publication)

Help me test my grading skills. I got this first issue, Mar 1969, Vol.1 No.7, of Terror Tales today. It's much better than I thought it would be. Very flat and glossy with the major defect being a 3/16" tear on lower spine.

 

Dare I say 6.0/6.5 893whatthe.gif

If this were a comic, I would think 5.5 because of the spine tear, right on the edge of 6.0. Since it's a magazine and I understand they usually get a slight bump, 6.0 might be just about right. I think 6.5 is pushing it though.

Thanks for the input, probably a 6.0, still it will be a nice reader copy. I have hopes to find a high grade copy some day.
