Did anyone else ask the seller for a scan and not get one?

 

Also, looking at the scan that he provided - doesn' the "DC" and the "20cents" box look a little too dark to have white pages? It's wierd because the Joker's face is a supply and snowy white, the background is one of the richest I have seen (much richer than my 9.6 OW-W and my old 9.4 OW-W) - the dark white circles don't seem to be matching up to me?

 

The guy has solid feedback, but doesn't seem to be much of a seller, although Mark Wilson bought from him in Feb '02 . . .
