Your missing too many pieces for this to be a VG. I have a complete 3.0 book in front of me that looks way better so I would have to say 2.0-2.5 tops.

The water stain doesn't help either. On the other hand the page quality looks pretty nice, and the rest of the book looks solid. If you called it a 3.0 few would think you were way out of line. It looks much nicer than most 2.0 books.

I bought it from Crazy Eddie (?) at the Motor City Con about 5 years ago. I didn't pay a lot for it and rarely found it so I settled for this grade.

For the various flaws, 2.5/3.0 is my guess, tho certainly presents better.
