Guess the CGC Grade Detective Comic 298

Having to wait two months to see if my grade agreed with CGC's grade was a real exercise in patience. In this book's case, I was right on the money. What do you folks think?

This was one of three of the first comics that I've sent to CGC (actually, I handed it to them at the Big Apple Comic Con in June). While I've always had an interest in comics, I'm very new to comic collecting, and this was the only one of the three I sent in where CGC agreed with me. But hey, I wasn't too far off on the others.

 

I plan to put this up for sale on eBay next week.
