Ebay problem, any suggestions?

I got an email stating that a dutch auction I bid on yesterday was cancelled by ebay and the seller is suspended. The problem is I already paid via Paypal for the item because it was required due to ebay's new buy now/pay now option. The auction was ended due to him selling Superman Animated DVDs (burned DVDs). I can't submit half the forms for ebay's questions because the item number is now invalid, though I did submit a generic problem to their support. I also filed a dispute with Paypal. The seller hasn't contacted me yet, he was in good standing until this point and he may send them but then again he may not. Just curious if anyone had anything else to add. Thanks in advance.

Was it a payment from your credit card through paypal? If so, I'd file a dispute with your CC company. They'll usually side with you especially when the seller has no proof of giving anything in return for your payment.

I think you've done all you can do, Paypal doesn't seem very handy as far as getting your money back when you're ripped off. Maybe the seller will honor his commitment to sending you the item?
