I received an email for my auction from this person who said he/she was interested in buying my book but that I was a fraud and to go to a website included in the email. I wish I didn't delete the email but I panicked thinking it was a scam. ( Which I believe it was ) The User ID was created on August 22, 2006 and has zero feedback. I did click on the link in the email and that's when my account guard kicked in warning me not to proceed. Please be cautious. Should I report this User ID to eBay? confused-smiley-013.gif

I pulled the address from my internet history.. definitely a scam, seems to be out of some eastern European country ie. looks polish by the banners at the bottom. It's safe to go to the site just don't put any personal information anywhere. I also made sure I wasn't logged into my eBay profile when I went to it. I reported it to eBay already. This is the link in case anyone wants to learn how to spot it.

lol, that's a really bad scam, considering the URL dosen't even seem real.

LMAO! Does anyone notice that in IE the top of the explorer says "New Document"

OMFG how much a newb is this dimwitted [embarrassing lack of self control] at with this scam?

Wow...this is purrely pathetic.

Good thing you reported him. I'd hate to see how his plans would be spoiled each time he tried to trick someone.
