some guy named Bill Killifer,catcher for the Cubs.........i think he was like a .250 hitter.I bought it on ebay years ago on a whim for like $15 I think........pretty cool card though

It was a joke to do with the "please can I enter" constant extensions - I'm Mr Rules and Regulations, as I've found forum contest to be unworkable without them.
