Ultimate Spiderman #1

Hello,

 

I deal mostly in sports cards. I had a customer ask me for "Ultimate Spiderman #1." When looking on ebay, I see what appears to be three different comic books both labeled Ultimate Spiderman #1, as below:

Is there a difference between the three, outside of cover? When someone asks for a copy, is one assumed to be the standard? Please help.

The one with a small square above the bar code is the original

 

The white one is a variant only a limited supply (500?)

 

The DF one is also a limited supply

 

The original will set you back about $90-$100

The White $300-$450

The DF $100-$200

 

The stories are all the same as far as i know
