PCE New Certification?

Found someone mentioned PCE was going to start doing 3rd party grading (they've dont it before to a lesser extent). Does anyone know if this "CGSA" service they've got on their website is anything new? I've never bought from them so I simply don't know if this is their old grading service or something new they're doing.

CGSA is at least 6 years old. Think they tweaked it from their original 100 pt scale to 10 point so neophytes like us can understand it. Also fewer data points so overall easier to assign a grade.
