I would say 8.0, the spine creases are not that many and not that bad. I recently got an X-men 30 graded 8.0 - 8.5 from Bob Storm that is in similar shape with some of the same characteristics on the spine... 8.5 would be pushing it though

 

So 8.0 imho

However, I do notice a few "dents" on Spidey which will drop the grade slightly, and what looks like a crease in ULC of back cover. I'm thinking around 6.5 (unless that bigger central dent is a printing defect), maybe a weak 7.0. That said, looks very nice!

Thanks point five are you talking about the white line on the back cover in black area..thats not a crease....and yes the front cover has some wear..

Nope I'll double check tonight but im 100 positive the back is as it shows just a line..Yeah im almost positive the back is nice..

Cool. I think I'll stick with 6.5/7.0 because of that dent but it obviously looks very sharp! Blows my copy away.

6.5.....I have a CGC 6.5 slabbed sitting right at home from these boards....and the slabbed one looks a bit nicer. Only because it's undergraded by a step...or so.
