I can't find any information about who the artists were that appeared in Thrilling Comics #75. Is this Frazetta? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Nope, that isn't Frazetta..

It's true that Frazetta did a number of stories in the THRILLING COMICS issues just prior to issue #75.. But they featured his 'Looie Lazybones' characters. Which were rather cartoony-looking & had more in common with Al Capp's L'IL ABNER comic-strip.

He also collaborated with Ralph Mayo on a couple of stories in THRILLING COMICS, featuring a precocious young girl named "Kathy".

 

I don't know who the artist was, on the page you've posted.. Sorry!
