It's a collection of short stories by various artists. The opening story art is by Mike Ploog. I'll post some more scans this weekend.

I'm as big a fan of THE GOON as they come. It seems you're saying the last couple of issues of the regular series have been lackluster. If so, I would agree, but only because what came before them was so excellent.

 

I liked GOON NOIR #1 pretty much. If this was my first exposure to the Goon, I might not be so impressed. It's more like icing on the cake.

My favorite was Bill Morrison's Goon comics story.

 

I love some of the comic titles on the spinner rack.
