Just dropping by to see what's up, saw the GR trailer the other night and started thinking about you guy's and gal's. I've been pretty much on the quite side with the collection. It took me quite awhile to re-BnB every book etc. Tried to bring in some high $$ books, but never scored one. I'll most likely get back into obtaining some more in 07-so how is everyone and how is the ole market nowadays??

Well, im stil around, shifted focus more than the sand on Carolina Beach and am now looking at HG Caps, GLs, and Aquamans.

Been lucky enough to pick up some nice HG Cap Peds. More importantly, Ive been able to meet and hang out with some great people on the boards. Nikos, Foolkiller, SilverandBronze, Rahigh, DrBanner and hell, even Sal.

Market reports I will leave to others.

Congrats on the aquisitions and the registry rank, I have no idea where my collecting goals are heading, as other than some heavy hitters, I got what I wanted etc. Most likely going to start filling some holes in the Batman collection.

So, what have you picked up?

 

Not a book, I missed on FF 1, Hulk 1 and a few high $$ Spidey's. I bought a load full of short boxes(got rid of all my long boxes) and a gazillion new BnB's and went to work on that-took quite awhile. So, just mainly taking inventory and QC to what I've got basically.

Howsing market still blowing up down in your neck of the woods? Everytime we go to Shalotte, it is just more and more and more houses built/being built/being pre-sold.

It's slowed down a bit, but that's the norm after the run we had-hell, I could not build them fast enough. I've got two more customes to build, then I'm taking about 6 months off and take Mrs.CC to Abbaco(Bahamas) with the girls, and then just the two of us to Hawaii.
