Another tweener. Purchased years ago from Stephen Ritter. Structurally rock solid and decent colors. Just surface wear, light soiling, edgewear, and corner crease on back cover. I look at a book like this as it was handled many times, but handled with care.

Thanks everyone. We are in agreement. I had this one at 4.0 due to the overall wear. It sure is a nice 4.0 though and looks great in mylar.
