What's up with the upper left corner? Tear, scratch, crease?

 

And I hate to say it, but being paranoid as I am I would worry about trimming on the right cover edge. I know, factory cuts exist that look like this, but it's a possibility.

For once I agree about the trimming. Not even a hint of overhang anywhere and insanely sharp edges. I would be worried.

I looked at this book for a long time and talked myself out of placing an offer because of the edges. They look way too clean.
