Is there a variant error issue. He says it lists this book as no 10......on the splash page.

Overstreet says that #19 is listed as #10 in the indicia - it's all the way at the end of the Man-Thing listing. They're likely all that way, although there are still some errors in Overstreet.

 

Ira Meshbane / Inkadinkdoo1947 is a solid old-time dealer in my realm of experience - looks like he's just trying to hype it up and sell a $5 book.
