ASM #43 - What would a perfect CGC copy go for?

I am trying to get a sense of what a 'Mint' [9.8/9.9] copy would go for?

 

The Original Art to the cover is coming up for sale and I am curious as to how much the actual comic book would command in its BEST condition?

Isn't this like Heritage Live auctions on Ebay? You have online (absentee) bidding, and then live bidding for the final sale after the Ebay auction has ended?
