For #101, you should consider putting a dark paper sheet in the back...It would help to discern the outer edges.

I couldn't find the back cover in your photobucket directory, but it looks like a 6.0 from the front cover scan.

I would say the PQ is Cream to Off-white with no tears on any interior pages. The book is solid and firm in hand and lays totally flat.

Added larger scans now, the front cover looks a little crunched but that's because I screwed up the dimensions. The book does look normal, not crunched together. Back scan is better.

With crease in URFC and large crease/bend on BC, can't go higher than 6.5...
