PGM X-men 114 - 9.0 or better?

I think this is a pretty descent grade comic.

 

But I really don't know if it's a 9.0, 9.2, ... higher? A little lower? 8.8?

Could I receive some specifics about defects you see?

 

I can see a small crease on the back low right corner. (not really as bad as the scan shows). I also think the front low right corner might be a little blunt.

But that's about all I see. (the line on the back cover along the right edge is a printer's wrinkle)

9.2 at best due to the back cover wear, but I would probably grade it a 9.0. The printers crease is a non issue. Almost worth a dry clean to assure a 9.2.

9.2/9.4 due to ever-so-slight impact at LRBC and one minor spine crease (visible on BC) - Nice copy!

I would grade it at 9.0/9.2. FC is 9.4/9.6.

A dry clean might bump it to 9.4. Really nice front cover and a flawless front spine. Tough book to find in that shape.

how deep is that ding on the LRBC? if that goes through the pages i would call it a 9.0 otherwise 9.2

I'd think 9.2, unless the back cover is problematic. You didn't note if it was a Mark Jeweler's copy, so it's worth less.
