PGM The New Flash #1 *Help please*

Here's my "The New Flash" can you tell me what grade you think it'll have? I think it's in pretty good condition! I'm so proud =)

Front gets a 9.8. Absolutely stunning! And the Back gets a 1.8. Looks like a horse's bum.

My scanner discolored the back, it has only slight discoloration on the bottom, and minorly bumped top left and bottom right corners =) I'll see if I can get a better scan of the back.

I'd say a 9.4 is more likely than a 9.2. It's a very sharp looking copy.

9.2... corners seem blunted at the back scan to receive higher for a modern...but still a very nice copy.... I'd be happy with it too!!!
