Got this in the mail today, by my own grading skills I think it's a 5.0-5.5. The book itself is solid. Staples hold cover and book very solid, no major tears or rips. The reason for the grade is the major color breaking creases. As you can see, the book is very glossy and has no creases. Let me know what you think.

Is that a spine split near the top staple? Otherwise I'd say your grading is pretty solid. Amazing cover!

Not really a spine split in my opinion. just a tiny tear near the spine, a little off the spine area and closer to the cover. But then again, I am an amateur grader.

Back cover looks nice...

just not sure about the FC spine and the ULFC, above the "This Is War" Box... looks a bit chewed up (not literally)

 

But very cool book, like cover colors and have never seen this one...
