Nice looking book , what do you think (main problem is on third pic )

grey on spine on BC is not as important on book, no water damage

OUCH!!!! that back spine ...is that a ulc tear, cant really tell from the pic

from what i can see i gotta go as low a 6.0

Wow, that's a strange case. The front looks really nice, but the moisture damage on the back plus the spine split will kill the technical grade. Gotta guess 4.0/4.5 on this one.

I can't distinguish the spine split on my monitor....

If 1/4" or less, I think it holds out for a 6.0...If not, then a 5.0...

Still, nice copy!

yes Dan, i think it's moisture but like i wrote, color os moisture is really less impressive in my hand than on scan

If its a 1" spine split than its VG. Maybe the other factors get it up to VG+
