FS: Apache 1 - 1951 - Fiction House

Apache #1 (the only issue) from Fiction House.

Presents very well - a few spine bends and a .25 inch tear on FC above the "C."

Unfortunately, spine is split for about an inch at the bottom, and about 1.5 inches at the top. Also, the book has pulled away from the cover at the top staple.

Overstreet has this at $23 in Good -- I'm asking $35 and I'll pay for shipping.
