Looks like a solid 9.2...maybe a 9.4...corners might be a bit too soft for higher grade....

Scans are a tad small on my screen but over all this is a nice looking book. Obvious flaws put this at 9.0....... (I really want to say 9.2 but I think the bottom spine corner is a little too bumped for that)

 

nice copy! Glad to see someone else appreciate early 70's Marvel "horror" with those crazy Kirby covers!
