How does THIS (pix inside) affect grade?

It's a production error where the corner was obviously folded over when the book was cut, so the last two pages of the bottom left back corner are folded over and if they were to be unfolded, wouldn't sync up with the book properly (in the 3rd pic you can see it best).

 

Opinions? Can my book still be NM? popcorn.gif

Don't have any experience submitting a book with this kind of production flaw, but I have seen CGC hit other kinds of production flaws. Small bindery tears and printers creases on the cover can be enough to keep a book from 9.4, and I expect the same for this "extra paper" flaw as well, particularly coupled with the creasing.

Does the BC now have an indent where the interior fold lies underneath?

 

It is visible in the photo. Correct?

 

And it is weird that the top page of the folded two pages is cut yet the underneath page is not.
