Does Anyone Have a Scan of the Slabbed Action wrap lifting the car?

I saved this off the internet some time ago, but it's in some file I cannot locate and I wondered if anyone else saved it. It's CGC slabbed and graded .5 poor and it's an Action 1 interior wrap with the page depicting him lifting the car (as in the cover image)

I thought the I saw before did have a grade of .5 poor. But until I find it I can't be sure.
