Come to the National !

 

This years lineup is unbelievable ! Two Batman actors for the price of one ! Rare appearance by major Hollywood actor Val Kilmer and the classic Adam West, together at the con. Also our already legendary comic artists area is alive with living legends John Romita Jr and Sr, Bernie Wrightson, Michael Golden and many more. Please take my advice, if you are coming to the convention do buy advance tickets, we are expecting a huge line at the door and would like all of our previous attendees to get in, get in quickly, and have the great time the Big Apple Con is all about.

Big Apple Conventions, New York’s longest running Comic Book, Art, Toy and Sci Fi Expo is excited to announce Val Kilmer (Batman Forever, The Doors, Top Gun) and Adam West (Batman TV series, Family Guy), two of the most popular actors to don the cape and cowl of the Dark Knight, will both be appearing at The National.

 

In addition legendary comic book artists John Romita Sr. and Neal Adams will be in attendance over the three days. Fan favorite John Romita Jr. and Master of Comic Macabre Bernie Wrightson will also be on hand for the show.

My wife was HIGHLY disappointed to hear about the cancellation of Michael Beihn (or however you spell it). She was thisclose to coming in for an autographed photo, but she couldn't decide between an action shot from The Terminator or from Aliens....and now that decision has been taken out of her hands altogether! tonofbricks.gif

 

In any event, I will be manning the HERO Initiative table on Saturday (rumor has it we will be set up right next to CGC so there goes the neighborhood)! Anyway, I'll be there from 1 pm. or so onward so stop by and say hi.

 

I'm not sure who they've lined up for signings yet but gee, it's only Friday... crazy.gif

 

HERO Initiative for those who don't know is A.C.T.O.R. renamed sometime last year. Just when I finished learning what the old acronymn meant I have to learn an new one (and I'm not even sure if HERO is an acronymn or not actually).
