Iron Man #15 Question

Not sure if this has been answered before, but there are two versions of the Iron Man 15 color. In one, the logo box is fully green - in the other, the logo box has it's upper part yellow. Comicspriceguide says that the fully green logo box is worth more (I guess more rare) but I was curious if anyone knew the reason behind the variant, how rare this variant is, etc.

Pretty neat, never knew about this but judging from looking at 6/7 copies of the issue on ebay both versions are in abundance
